Gears II
Added by M Hoben on Dec 15, 2008
This activity furthers students' understanding of gears. In particular it shows how the number of teeth will affect the turning speed of a gear. Students learn how to find the velocity ratio, and then use this to calculate the output speed for several gear trains.
